Liberation.mu presents Platform to Protect Whistleblowers in Africa (PPLAAF)
PPLAAF seeks to defend whistle blowers, as well as strategically litigate and advocate on their behalf where their disclosures speak to the public interest of African citizens.
With its Network of local and international lawyers PPLAAF helps whistle blowers safely report crime and corruption, and protects them from retaliation. PPLAAF defends whistle blowers against legal actions.
PPLAAF directs information and documents to investigative journalists at trusted publications. We have partnerships with media outlets throughout Africa who will produce quality articles based on information all while protecting identity of Whistle Blowers .
PPLAAF advocates strong legal rights and protections for whistleblowers by engaging with elected officials and policy-makers, and developing policy and research materials on whistleblower standards and practices.
